Our Process
The Building Surveyors role is highly regulated by Legislation and the Building Code of Australia. Our job is to ensure these objectives are met while being able to advise you of concessions or exemptions where the design does not meet the requirements.
- Review submitted documentation and application to ensure compliance is possible.Provide you with avenues to achieve compliance.
- Liaise with relevant project stakeholders and applicable authorities.
- Issue the Building Permit and relevant documentation so construction can commence.
- Carry out the required mandatory building inspections stages as nominated in the building permit.
- Once works complete ensure the final certificate or occupancy permit be issued.
