Kim Fernando - Director
Kim has had over sixteen years’ experience within the Building Surveying industry in Victoria in both Local Government and Private practise working on various building surveying matters and projects.
Kim’s building surveying career commenced in local government at Bayside City Council as a Building Surveyors Assistant and subsequently as his knowledge base and experience progressed he moved into higher roles within private practise.
His commitment within the profession has allowed him to forge strong relationships with industry peers and clients and values continual development to be of utmost importance.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, possesses the qualification of Grad. Cert.(Built Environment)- Building Surveying and is Registered with the Victorian Building Authority in the capacity of Building Surveyor – Unlimited.
Kim has successfully run his own private practise over the last six years and works alongside a diligent and professional team of employees who ensure you project is dealt with in the utmost professional and timely manner.
